Alex Druzny

Alex is a yoga teacher, meditation teacher and Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

Alex has started practicing yoga since she was pregnant with her second son, about 10 years ago.

She never looked back. After multiple certifications and countless practice hours, Alex now dedicates her time to help women reconnect with themselves and teaches them to use yoga as a tool to deal with day-to-day stress and anxiety.

All you need is a mat and your awesome self!!! If you are new to yoga, you may want to add props such as a blanket, towel, or a yoga brick. Just remember, start slow and focus on your breath. You will do just fine!
